Inspection details
This venue is rated under the Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS), the food hygiene scheme used in Scotland. Unlike the FHRS 0–5 scale used elsewhere in the UK, FHIS uses three outcomes:
- Pass and Eat Safe — the venue meets food safety requirements and qualifies for the Eat Safe award (the highest FHIS outcome).
- Pass — the venue meets food safety and hygiene requirements at the time of inspection.
- Improvement Required — action is required to meet food safety standards.
Sub-score detail (hygiene, structural standards, management) is not part of the FHIS scheme. The inspecting authority's overall outcome is the published result.
