Why pay to be listed? The FSA data is public.
You’re not paying to be listed — your venue is already here, free. You’re paying for the ability to respond to your rating, be alerted when it changes, and receive monthly intelligence on your patch. All of which FSA and the council don’t give you.
Can you hide or change my rating if I pay?
No. Ratings come from the Food Standards Agency and we never touch them. £99/year buys you a voice next to the rating, not a rating change. This is a firm line.
I own a chain / group — how does bulk pricing work?
On the payment page you can set how many venues you’re claiming and pay for all in one transaction. For 10+ venues, talk to us and we’ll work out bulk terms.
How do you prove I own the venue?
After payment we verify ownership manually — usually via a reply from the email on file at the venue, or a match against Companies House. We’ll activate within 24 hours or contact you to verify.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the Stripe customer portal. Your listing remains active until the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees.
Who bills me? What shows on my statement?
Your card is charged by FindMyHygiene, a brand of Kael Tripton UK. Your statement will show “FINDMYHYGIENE”. Your invoice comes from Stripe.
